At P&H Automotive, we take pride in our work and want every customer to feel confident in the service they receive. While refunds are limited, we’ll always do our best to make things right if there’s a problem.

 

 

Services

 

 

  • Once a repair or service is completed, we generally do not offer refunds for labor.

  • If you feel the work wasn’t done properly, please contact us within 7 days of service. We’ll inspect the vehicle and, if an issue is found related to our work, we’ll correct it at no extra charge.

  • Refunds on services may only be considered in rare cases where we are unable to complete the agreed-upon work.

 

 

 

Parts

 

 

  • Standard parts can be returned for a refund if they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

  • Special-order parts (anything we have to order specifically for your vehicle) are non-refundable, as our suppliers do not accept returns.

  • Electrical parts (such as sensors, modules, and wiring components) are non-refundable once opened or installed, due to manufacturer policies.

  • All parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will assist you with any warranty claims.

 

 

 

Deposits

 

 

  • Deposits for large repairs or special-order parts are non-refundable once an order is placed.

  • If you cancel a repair before parts are ordered or work has started, your deposit may be refunded minus any restocking fees charged by our suppliers.

 

 

 

Warranty Work

 

 

  • Labor is covered by our shop’s warranty policy. Our labor is backed with a 2 year/ 40k mile warranty to qualifying members. To Qualify, we have to provide the parts, so we ensure the quality of parts. We also need records of regular Maintenace that pertains to the repair according to the car manufacturer's specifications (invoices from us or other shops for oil changes for example). Some wearable items such as brakes, clutches, etc. may have a different warranty period. contact us for clarification on your vehicle.

  • Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary in length and coverage. We’ll help you handle any claims if a part fails within its warranty period.
